Valor Restorations — Car Show Participant & Alcohol Liability Release
Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to attend this Valor Restorations event and understand that attendance involves inherent risks including vehicle movement, mechanical demonstrations, weather, slips, falls, and the actions of other attendees. I voluntarily assume these risks.
Alcohol Acknowledgment
I certify that I am at least 21 years of age if consuming alcohol, will present valid identification upon request, understand complimentary alcohol is limited to two (2) beers, will consume responsibly, and will not operate a motor vehicle while impaired. Valor Restorations reserves the right to refuse alcohol service at its sole discretion.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, I release and hold harmless Valor Restorations, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from claims arising from my attendance at this event, except for claims resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct where such release is not permitted by law.
Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for my actions before, during, and after the event and agree to arrange safe transportation if I consume alcohol.
Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize emergency medical personnel to provide treatment. I accept responsibility for any resulting expenses.
Photography Release
I grant Valor Restorations permission to use photographs and video of me and/or my vehicle for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
Vehicle Responsibility
If displaying or operating a vehicle, I certify that I maintain legally required insurance and accept responsibility for any damage caused by my vehicle.
